Project successfully completed for Gas Connect Austria in Oberkappel
Gas Connect Austria’s Oberkappel measuring station is used to ensure reliable gas transport along the West Austria gas pipeline (WAG). The pipeline runs westward from Baumgarten, crossing the border with Germany in Oberkappel, where it meets the MEGAL Süd gas pipeline.
We have now successfully completed an extensive upgrade project for this measuring station. In addition to the delivery of special components and construction of a temporary measuring section to maintain gas transport, we also carried out comprehensive pipeline and installation construction measures.
This project enabled us to win over a new satisfied customer and make our contribution to the long-term security of supply.
